Please feel free to request custom chain lengths, paint colors, or graphics. We do not do engraving or custom metal plating, but we may be able to offer additional metal colors from our suppliers on some settings and chains. Additional colors of cabochons and crystals may be available on request.

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of shipping damage or warranty issues.

Jewelry items include gift box. Please message us for gift packaging on other items.

Due to online marketplace laws, Octopunx no longer accepts Layaway Requests. If you need to make multiple payments, please use a credit card, savings plan, Klarna, Pay in Four, etc.

Jewelry: We can use hypoallergenic niobium earwires on all items unless otherwise stated. All metal parts are nickel, lead, and cadmium free.

Personal Care Products: If you have had an allergic reaction to any scented products or nut products you may want to avoid our scents and oils. With any scented product, some individuals may experience respiratory or skin irritation. If you react, discard the product immediately.

Please treat your Octopunx jewelry gently! We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth. Hand Painted items may not withstand soap or sanitizer, but gentle rinse with cold water is fine. Take off rings when washing hands or using sanitizer to protect the plating on the metal and prevent tarnish.

Goggles can be cleaned with a soft cloth. They should be transported and stored in a box or bag to prevent damage to lenses or paint. Minor water exposure will not cause any damage to the lenses or paint. Saltwater, chlorine, or other chemicals may damage your goggles. If you plan to attend an outdoor event where it will be very dusty we recommend making sure your design has outer glass lenses.

All size details are estimated. If you need precise measurements for any item please feel free to contact us and we'll get out the calipers! Rings are adjustable unless otherwise stated. If you would like us to size the ring for you before shipping, please add a note to your order. Sizing is limited by materials but we can always try to meet your needs.

Shipping Damage, Warranty, Not as Described

1. Any shipping damamge should be reported to us immediately for potential insurance claim or account adjustment. Keep all items and packaging until claim is resolved.

2. We accept Return Requests within 14 days of delivery. You MUST contact us within 3 days of delivery for free return labels. Items returned without notice will not have shipping reimbursed.

3. We warranty all items. If your item becomes damaged by normal wear within 30 days, please contact us.

4. If you believe your item is Not As Described please contact us with details for return or account adjustment. All items with Vintage parts are sold "AS IS" but any significant damage should be reported immediately.
